Sprinkler System

The irrigation system at Coronado Village is controlled by our CV HOA sub-association. The sprinkler/irrigation is NOT billed on your individual city water bill. Watering and irrigation repairs are included in your monthly dues, evenly divided by the 73 homes.

When you add new plants to your landscape, you will need to hand water until they are established.

The older buildings built in 2005/6 have pop-up sprinkler heads. Also large backyards and the dog walk along Hauser. The newer buildings have drip lines, which makes it difficult for you to realize your landscape is being watered.

Watering outside the community fence - the green belt and the monument sign flower bed - is controlled and paid for by Stonebridge (with your annual SBR dues).
